Working with self proclaimed “workaholics” to dissect hustle culture’s effects on their relationship to food and body. Providing supplemental Eating Disorder and Body Image support throughout this process of healing.
What I provide
Helping those struggling with Eating Disorders and Body Image to take a moment for themselves and heal their relationship with food and body. As a coach, I will support you through the process of mending this relationship while building the tools to sustain a more balanced life.
About me
After spending most of my teen and adult life chasing success, productivity and thinness, I have chosen to take another path and recover from my eating disorder. In this process I found a softer existence, taking the time to get to know myself and my body again after years of speeding through life. In this softness, I found the strength to be my happiest and most authentic self. After studying under the RLC curriculum I became a certified Body Image and Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. I now work one on one with folks that are looking to put themselves first and heal their relationship with food and body.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is a recovery coach?
Coaching is great “here-and-now” support for your eating disorder. I will work with you to implement skills and tools to get through the complex moments of recovery.
How do I know if I need help?
A few examples of folks that would benefit from my program-
- If you’re in recovery from an eating disorder
- Experiencing stress around food
- Constantly striving to change your body
- Always seeking a new diet or weight loss program
- Struggle with body image
- If you suspect you have an ED, but are unsure what to do about it
- If you need additional support on your ED recovery journey
This program is not one size fits all. But I will do my best to support you through your unique struggle.
What’s the difference between a recovery coach and life coach?
Recovery coaching focuses specifically on the path to healing your relationship with food, self and your overall eating disorder recovery education.
What’s the difference between a recovery coach and a therapist?
Coaching is different from counseling services and is not a substitute for clinical treatment. Body image and eating disorder coaching focuses on today/now and how to set up a path to recovery.
Do I have to have a diagnosed eating disorder to try coaching?
You do not need a diagnosed eating disorder to benefit from coaching. In my program I work with you to heal your relationship to yourself and food no matter where you are in your journey.
Can I work with you if a loved one is suffering from body image issues or an eating disorder?
I welcome anyone who loves someone struggling with body image or disordered eating. Educating yourself is the best way to better support your loved one.
